Correspondence submitted jointly on behalf of the ASCDI and the NATD with regard to proposed procurement rules changes at the Department of Defense, the General Services Administration and NASA. These comments were called for in the November 18, 2008 notice and again during the public hearing phase by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Federal Government buyers to the public). ASCDI and NATD united in opposition to the proposed rule changes.
